Set in an immersive gallery space surrounded by visual art, Cello Noir will feature a quartet of cellists and guest vocalist Naala, who will move fluidly between classical and pop. The performance will explore the darker, more intimate edges of each genre—acoustic warmth meets amplified edge, clarity blurs into haze, and familiar melodies take on new, unexpected forms. Framed by art, the music becomes both contrast and conversation.Cello Noir invites you into a space where genre dissolves and the cello speaks in many voices.

We are very excited for our 9th season of chamber music!
We look forward to returning to the communities where we’ve been warmly welcomed and supported - at Zilker Botanical Garden, KMFA, the Cathedral, and First Street Studios, while we continue to deepen our connections with our partners at Ventana Ballet and BookPeople.
